How do I place an order online?

  2. Select products and add to order by clicking "Add to Order"
  3. Click "Checkout" and follow the steps
    (Credit card payments are processed offline)

How will my products be sent?

All items ordered online are for parts only. Freight is an additonal cost to the purchase total. Please check if you are unsure on costs prior to paying for your order.

Orders within Australia and under 20 kilos will be sent via COD Australia Post. This means you will pay for the cost of postage only when picking up from your nearest Australia post office.

Smaller items under 3kg within Australia can be sent via express post (product size permitting.

International orders - All international orders need to confirm shipping methods before payment is made.

Can I return products I have purchased?

YES. A 20% restocking / handling fee will be applicable for all correctly shipped, unused items returned within 30 days. Parts that have been abused, incorrectly installed, modified, or damaged will not be accepted.

It is up to the purchaser to advise us of any returns prior to returning within 30 days of purchase. All returns will be issued with a product return tracking number that must be attached to any goods when returning for refund. Refunds are for product only, all shipping costs / labour are at the expense of purchaser.
