What delivery options do I have?

Australia Post COD - under 20 kg within Australia

For online orders within Australia where individual packages weigh under 20 kilos and you have not requested an alternative for delivery, goods will be send via COD Australia post.

This means you will pay for the cost of postage when picking up from the closest Australia Post office to your nominated delivery address.

Express Post - under 20 kg within Australia

Orders within Australia and under 20 kilos can be sent via Express Post upon request and for an additional cost to your order total.

Express Post parcels are trackable and include insurance of up to $100.

Courier Service - within Australia

Courier services offer door to door service and are the preferred method for delivery of bulky and heavy orders exceeding 20 kilos.

A residential address is not accepted for delivery when using a courier. A premises (work address or similar ) open 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday where persons are available to acccept and sign for your delivery.

Please note; couriers do not offer times for delivery.

If you do not have a suitable address for delivery a courier depot address can be used which means you will need to pickup your goods from the courier depot when available.

Courier delivery charges are based on the weight and delivery location. For costings on deliveries please email us or ask for a quotation when placing your order.

I wish to organise my own pickup

If you have a preferred courier service please supply the following at the time of placing your order;

  1. Courier company
  2. Name account is under
  3. Your account number
  4. Courier phone number

If you choose to have an individual pickup your order on your behalf please ensure prior to pickup we have the following details of the person/s collecting your order;

  1. Full name
  2. Address as per drivers licence
  3. Drivers licence number
  4. Contact number

Note; person/s collecting your order must show driver licence matching previously supplied details.

International orders

All international orders need to confirm shipping methods before payment is made. No order will be sent until payment is made in full.

Deliveries within Australia - Please supply the following details at time of placing your order;

  1. Company/ individuals name
  2. Full delivery address
  3. Contact number

Deliveries outside Australia - Please ensure all details on your order are correct if we are organising a quotation for delivery.

Please note; Electronic Fund Transfer is the only payment method accepted for all international orders. View bank account details.
